Ingredients
  1. 1 cup (240 ml) water
  2. 1-2 tsp. (5-10 ml) ashwagandha root of leaf
  3. Honey
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a low boil. Add the ashwagandha. Cover with a lid to prevent the volatile oils from escaping. Steep 5-10 minutes to suit your taste. Add honey to sweeten.
